I'm from Ecuador and my grandfather used to have a huge property where he planted hundreds of Eucalyptus trees. We used to run through the woods and if we needed to blow our noses we would use the Eucalyptus trees. We always cut big branches of Eucalyptus and put them under our beds to protect us from catching a cold. This was specifically useful during the cold weather. (Yes, Ecuador has cold weather in the mountains).

If we were sick, my mom would put the Eucalyptus leaves directly on our chests and backs and covered with a warm sweater before going to sleep, the next day we always felt a lot better. The Ecuadorean Eucalyptus is produced in small batches from communities in Ecuador, the scent, the purity always brings me back to my childhood and now I can help many people with its healing properties.
